May S. Fung

May Fung is the Chief Operating Officer of Inter-Asia for Fund IV. She has served as a Director for Inter-Asia since 1993 and was also the former Chief Financial Officer for Fund III. Ms. Fung has hands-on experience as a director of portfolio companies and has extensive expertise in the overall management and execution of the investment process, including pre-deal negotiation, due diligence and post deal monitoring. From 1999 to 2003, Ms. Fung was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The GE Asia Pacific Capital Technology Fund, a fund sponsored by GE Capital and targets expansion and pre-IPO investments. From 1986 until 1993, Ms. Fung served as Finance and Administration Manager of the Australian subsidiary of the Sumitomo Metal Group. Ms. Fung holds a BBA degree from the University of Missouri and was also granted a certificate from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants and the Hong Kong Society of Accountants.
